We have an immediate need for Landscape Architects in the Lexington, KY area. This is a direct hire opportunity. Compensation is directly relevant to qualifications and experience and can range from $90-$135K, plus benefits.

Job Description

Drawing designs and creating site plans and models

Putting together specifications and cost estimates

Collaborating with engineers, surveyors, architects, contractors, laborers and other individuals

Using software and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to create models of landscape plans

Analyzing the land and its drainage and runoff

Overseeing projects to completion and staying on budget

Required

Degree in Landscape Architecture

3-10+ Years of experience

Design and Construction Document production experience

Preferred

Licensed in KY

Project Management experience
