Schedule : Full-time | 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM Eastern Standard Time

USD Salary : $1,120 - $1,440 per month | $7 - $9 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations across multiple entities. This role requires strong proficiency in Xero and other accounting tools, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The AP Specialist will also contribute to improving financial processes, supporting business continuity, and ensuring a high level of accuracy in all transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full cycle of accounts payable transactions using Xero, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date financial records
• Monitor and update bank feeds within Xero to ensure seamless financial tracking
• Support basic accounts receivable tasks, including invoice generation and payment follow-ups
• Assist with business renewal payments, subscriptions, and other corporate financial obligations
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, improve financial workflows, and streamline processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable financial regulations
• Generate reports and provide insights to support management decision-making
