Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and influential Communications Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in shaping the voice of SkillBridge Academy by crafting compelling messages, supporting internal and external communications, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates with clarity, and contributes to impactful storytelling that supports the Academy's mission.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine written content for internal communications, program updates, newsletters, and official announcements.
  • Support the creation of high-quality materials that strengthen the Academy's brand and message.
  • Coordinate communication strategies that enhance engagement with students, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Review and edit documents to ensure accuracy, cohesion, and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Assist in planning and executing communication initiatives and campaigns.
  • Maintain clear documentation and ensure timely delivery of communication-related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt tone, style, and messaging for various audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a professional environment.
  • Familiarity with drafting reports, announcements, and formal documents is a plus

  • Competitive salary of $61,000 - $66,000 per year.
