What You’ll Bring to the Table :

3+ years of used car management experience in a dealership setting

Proven track record of managing high-volume inventory and delivering results

Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a top-performing team

Strong understanding of inventory management, reconditioning, appraisals, and pricing strategy

High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine desire to grow with the company

Your Responsibilities :

Oversee all day-to-day operations of the used car department

Manage vehicle acquisition, reconditioning, pricing, and lot merchandising

Work closely with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Train and develop staff to hit sales and gross profit targets

Analyze market trends to make smart, data-driven decisions

Maintain the luxury brand image through high standards and excellent customer service
