The Lateral Associate Recruiting Assistant supports Jackson Walker's attorney recruiting initiatives with a focus on lateral associate hiring and integration. This position assists with scheduling, interview coordination, onboarding logistics, and candidate communications for lateral attorney hires. The Assistant collaborates with recruiting professionals, attorneys, and business staff to ensure a seamless hiring process and positive candidate experience.

This role also provides administrative support for pipeline programs and firmwide recruiting projects, contributing to the department's overall efficiency and success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Track and maintain candidate information, interview schedules, feedback, and reports in the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person interviews using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Flo Recruit.
• Assist with onboarding and integration of new associates, including integration surveys and follow-up activities.
• Prepare and maintain candidate profiles, process invoices, and handle reimbursements related to recruiting activities.
• Support recruiting leadership in preparing confidential reports and statistical data related to hiring trends and outcomes.
