Human Resources Manager – Dallas – Fort Worth
This position will be based in our Fort Worth Office, near DFW airport and will report to the HR Director. The role will support our locations in Fort Worth and San Antonio. Position Summary :
The Human Resources Manager at Pattison ID in Fort Worth, Tx, plays a pivotal role in enhancing our organizational culture and fostering an environment where team members thrive. With a focus on strategic HR management, this position is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with our business goals and promote employee engagement. The HR Manager will lead a team of HR Generalists and collaborate with hiring managers to address various employee issues, ensuring effective recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. In addition, this role will drive the implementation of innovative HR strategies, manage onboarding processes, and maintain compliance with labor regulations.
