ER Tech II - Emergency Department, Bluebonnet (FT Nights)

What We’re Looking For :

• Compassionate, team-oriented, and patient-focused
• Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced, emergency situations
• Prior experience in emergency care settings preferred
• Completion of a medical assistant, nursing assistant, phlebotomy, or EMT course
• Certified Medical Assistant or 6 months of acute care ED experience or First Responder
• Preferred : CNA Certification, Basic EMT Certification, Military Medic experience, Phlebotomy Certification, or nursing student with completed fundamentals in RN program
• Crisis Prevention Training required within 6 months of hire

What You Will Do :

Work under the direct supervision of a registered nurse to assist in delivering quality care to patients and families in the Emergency Department.
