Ensure all field documents are complete and ready in advance of the project start including executed contract, deposit, materials, and work order. Order materials and equipment in advance of the job start with the support of others. Communicate with the field for job progress information and facilitate needs and changes as they arise. Customer billing and A / R Management General electronic file management Special Projects-Participate in problem solving, research, and implementation Oversee and run our hiring process for wallpaper installers by posting ads, reviewing applicants, and scheduling candidate interviews with the branch manager, etc. Onboard new wallpaper installers by meeting with them, explaining our paperwork, processes, etc. Administrative or Operational experience; supporting a high-level manager or business owner Previous experience overseeing projects - timelines, resources needed, scheduling, etc. We are a tech driven company…Cloud-based software, familiarity with and willingness to learn new technologies and applications Proven history at producing measurable results Ability to pass background check and drug test DISC Assessment we will provide to you.

Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Gather information, measurements, and pictures that will be used for accurate estimates.
- Create proposal documents based on information from the sales team.
- Ensure customers receive excellent follow-up and progress update communication via company channels, phone, email, CRM, etc.
- Provide continuous communication before, during, and after the project to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain current and build new designer relationships
