Our Service Writers and Advisors are the communication bridge between our customers and our technicians. You should possess great communication skills and have a working knowledge of the basics of auto repair and maintenance. Key responsibilities include :

• Handling customer calls and interactions
• Explaining recommended service and the reasoning for those recommendations
• Ability to source and price necessary parts
• Interest in finding solutions for our customers
• Supporting multiple stores
• Ideal candidates will have previous experience related to automobile repair sales.
