Are you looking for a role where every detail matters and every day you make a difference for patients and their families? Our Maternal-Fetal Medicine team in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Clinical Support Clerk who can wear multiple hats—providing exceptional front desk service, managing medical records, and assisting with basic clinical tasks.

About the Role :

This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at our Perinatal Associates of Central Oregon clinic in Bend, Oregon. The position has an expectation of 32-40hrs per week and we are proud to offer a great benefits package. Our Clinical Support Clerk recruiting pay range is $16.01 - $19.29.

What will you do :

  • Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle patient check-in / check-out processes, including verifying insurance and collecting co-pays.
  • Maintain accurate and organized medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist providers and clinical staff with basic medical assisting duties (e.g., preparing exam rooms, taking vitals, stocking supplies).
  • Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and other care team members.
  • Support various administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Requirements :

What do you need to bring to the role :

  • Education / Experience : Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred, especially in women’s health or maternal fetal medicine.
