Job Description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides clinic-based ABA services focused on improving the independence, communication, and daily functioning of children with autism. This role includes treatment planning, progress monitoring, staff supervision, and family collaboration within a structured clinical environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Monitor client progress using data-driven methods
Provide parent training and clinical guidance
Maintain ethical, high-quality ABA service delivery
Collaborate with clinic leadership on outcomes and quality of care
Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Strong documentation, communication, and leadership skills
Experience supervising RBTs preferred
Ethical practice aligned with BACB standards
Clinic-based ABA experience preferred
Benefits
Base Salary : $85,000–$100,000

Requirements
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required) Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Eligible for or holding a Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential Experience working with children with autism in a clinical setting Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills Commitment to compassionate, high-quality, family-centered care
