Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with Radix's mission and growth objectives.

Leverage curiosity and creativity to build innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring access to diverse and exceptional talent pools.

Ensure every aspect of the hiring process-from sourcing to onboarding-is optimized for speed & quality.

Equip hiring managers with the tools, training, and guidance needed to identify and select top talent.

What you Bring :

5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.

Expertise in leveraging applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics to inform decisions.

Curiosity : An inquisitive mindset that drives innovative approaches to sourcing and hiring.
