Hematology / Oncology Physician

Permanent Position : MD / DO - Oncology / Hematology

Location : Findlay, OH

Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and treat a wide range of oncology and hematology conditions, including solid tumors, blood cancers, and blood disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.

Provide consultations and second opinions for patients with complex hematologic or oncologic conditions.

Perform bone marrow biopsies and other diagnostic procedures as needed.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, radiologists, and pathologists, to optimize patient care.

Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications :

Board-certified or board-eligible in Oncology and Hematology.

Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Ohio.

Strong clinical expertise in managing complex hematologic and oncologic cases.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
