Job Description :

We are looking for caring and reliable Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care services, ensuring our clients receive the best possible support to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Prepare light meals and assist with feeding, if needed.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercise as required.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up.
  • Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings.
  • Follow the individualized care plan and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous experience as a caregiver, HHA or similar role is a plus but not required.
  • HHA certification is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if required for transportation).
  • Must pass a background check
  • Compassionate, patient, and strong communication skills.
