Enrollment Representative (Remote Eligible Post-Training)

We're looking for an

• Enrollment Representative
• to help families explore and enroll in our child care programs. You'll be the first point of contact-answering questions, sharing details about our offerings, and guiding families toward scheduling an on-site tour.
• What You'll Do
• Handle inbound calls from families interested in child care services.
• Educate families on enrollment options, including backup care and educational assistance programs.
• Coordinate tours for our brick-and-mortar child care centers.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to families who expressed interest but haven't scheduled a tour or need additional documentation.
• Navigate multiple systems (7+ applications) to manage inquiries and enrollment processes.
• Training & Schedule
• Training :
• 4 weeks (2 weeks classroom, 2 weeks nesting), 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM M-F.
• Attendance :
• Consistent attendance is critical; missing more than one day may impact training completion.
• Post-Training :
• Potential remote work based on performance. Schedule will be an 8-hour shift between 7 : 30 AM-6 : 00 PM, Monday-Friday.
• What We're Looking For
• Strong multitasking skills-comfortable toggling between multiple screens.
• Ability to follow coaching and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50 / hr.
