Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day operational activities across assigned departments or programs.

Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.

Lead and support teams to achieve performance targets and operational excellence.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.

Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and leadership teams to resolve issues and support program milestones.

Monitor resource needs, including staffing, materials, and equipment.

Maintain compliance with aerospace industry regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.

Track operational performance metrics and prepare basic reports for leadership.

Qualifications :

Experience in operations, manufacturing, or production leadership (aerospace or related industry preferred).

Strong communication and team-leadership skills.

Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in aerospace is a plus.
