We work with YOUR availability to build a schedule that makes sense. Need mornings only? Done. Just weekends? We’ve got you. Looking to fill 16 hours or more a week? Let’s make it happen.

What You’ll Get

  • Starting Pay : $18.50–$19.25 / hr (Based on a skills test)
  • Overtime up to $28.87 / hr
  • Immediate pay options
  • Opportunities for bonuses and raises
  • Mileage Reimbursement for miles driven during your shift
  • Raises after 90 days based on performance

  • Full-time and part-time available
  • Only 16+ hours per week required to get started
  • Mix and match shifts : weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings

    • Where You'll Work

    Serving clients in Suisun, Fairfield, Benicia, Vallejo, and sometimes Vacaville .

    You’ll only need to come to our Vacaville home office for :

  • Your interview
  • Orientation
  • 90-day review + annual reviews

    • All other work happens in the field.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • You’ll provide :

  • Companion Care : errands, transportation, light housekeeping, meal prep
  • Personal Care : bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility support, incontinence care, and other duties as assigned / needed.

    • Requirements

  • 1+ year experience caregiving for seniors (preferred, personal experience counts!)
  • California Driver’s license + reliable car (required)
  • Proof of auto insurance + registration (required)
  • TB test (within 90 days, clear)
  • Background check (required)
  • English proficiency (required)
  • CNA, HHA, BLS / CPR certifications are preferred but not required!
