Deliver Exceptional Customer Service : Provide outstanding support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met. Making outbound calls to prospective customers.

Offer Tailored Insurance Solutions : Customize insurance plans that address the unique needs of individuals and businesses.

Build Lasting Client Relationships : Engage with clients to foster strong connections and ensure ongoing satisfaction. Networking and engaging in event marketing.

Stay Informed on Industry Trends : Keep up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.

Collaborate with the Team : Work together to drive sales and achieve our business goals.

Requirements

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.

Sales Experience : Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.

Motivation : Highly motivated and results-driven mindset.

Teamwork : Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Licensing Requirement : Must obtain P&C and L&H in KS and MO within a given timeframe.
