Responsibilities :

  • Perform and ensure accurate daily deposit reconciliation and posting.
  • Monitor, reconcile, and maintain key store schedules , including : Cash ScheduleFactory Warranty ScheduleExtended Warranty ScheduleLOF (Lube, Oil, Filter) ScheduleSublet Schedule
  • Process and submit extended warranty payments for service department claims.
  • Prepare and post journal entries to ensure proper accounting alignment.
  • Issue checks in accordance with company policies and payment cycles.
  • Accounts Payable is a plus
  • Track and manage dealer plates and Sunpass / EZPass transponders for service department use and vehicle swaps.
  • Maintain and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory and efficient office operations.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to follow up on outstanding items and report updates to management.
  • Assist with scanning and organizing physical inventory documentation.
  • Support the Parts Department with physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
