Responsibilities :
- Perform and ensure accurate daily deposit reconciliation and posting.
- Monitor, reconcile, and maintain key store schedules , including : Cash ScheduleFactory Warranty ScheduleExtended Warranty ScheduleLOF (Lube, Oil, Filter) ScheduleSublet Schedule
- Process and submit extended warranty payments for service department claims.
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure proper accounting alignment.
- Issue checks in accordance with company policies and payment cycles.
- Accounts Payable is a plus
- Track and manage dealer plates and Sunpass / EZPass transponders for service department use and vehicle swaps.
- Maintain and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory and efficient office operations.
- Collaborate with service advisors to follow up on outstanding items and report updates to management.
- Assist with scanning and organizing physical inventory documentation.
- Support the Parts Department with physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Other duties as assigned.
