Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a Clinic LPN / LVN for a travel job in Pasadena, California.

Cedars-Sinai Cancer-Medical Oncology, Infusion Clinic

Shift : Day, 5x8-Hour (08 : 00–17 : 00)

Position : LVN – Clinic Manager / Charge (Oversight of 3 Clinics : Cardiothoracic, Vascular Surgery, Peds Cardiology)

Required Experience & Qualifications

Experience :

3–5 years of charge / manager experience within the past 3 years

Ambulatory / Outpatient experience

Experience with staff management and accountability

Certifications :

CA LVN License (valid & permanent)

BLS (AHA or ARC)

IV Certification

Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)

Travel Experience : Yes

Charting : Epic (preferred)

Flu Vaccine : Required (no declinations accepted)

No RTO allowed in the first 2 weeks

Current Resume - MUST include Facility Name, Month & year for duration on each facility, charting used (EPIC, PCC etc) and Duties for each facility listed on resume

1 supervisor reference within the last year worked in the unit

being submitted (indicate name, facility and year)

1 peer reference within the last year worked - please

ensure dates of employment are on these (indicate name, facility and year)
