Position Summary

The Assistant Finance Director (Internal Auditor) is responsible for overseeing key financial processes, ensuring accuracy in provider compensation, and supporting internal audit functions. This role involves detailed financial analysis, reporting, and collaboration with physicians and administrative teams to maintain financial integrity and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Provider Compensation Oversight

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Partner Compensation System.
• Lead the monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) process, including review, analysis, and preparation of manual journal entries.

Physician Financial Support

Cost Center Performance Analysis

Drug Margin Analysis

Midlevel Provider Bonus Management

Accounts Receivable and Bad Debt Review

Audit Support

Budgeting Assistance

Special Projects

Supervisory Responsibilities

Work Environment & Physical Demands
