Position Summary :
In this full-time night shift role, you will utilize your specialized nursing skills to provide exceptional care to oncology patients. Your work will contribute to delivering world-class healthcare with a human touch, making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing oncology treatments, including monitoring, administering medications, and supporting patients through their treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment processes, potential side effects, and overall care management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting care provided and changes in patient condition.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and quality care, adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications :
Education : Graduation from an accredited nursing program.Licensure : Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.Certifications : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.Experience : Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.Benefits :
