We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established medical office full-time in Miami FL. We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who has a passion for and potential background in functional medicine and / or holistic medicine and is highly motivated to help others in health and wellness goals. The incoming Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will play a central role in patient evaluation, treatment planning, ongoing management, and coordination of care for individuals with a wide variety of health and wellness goals. This includes direct patient care, procedural support, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Duties :

• Performing patient consultations- HPI s, focused exams, and evaluations
• Ordering imaging studies
• Developing and delivering individualized treatment plans / customized protocols
• Learning about and promoting our modalities and therapies to patients.
• Medical procedures and Treatments to include performing a variety of modalities, IV treatments, EBOOs, and different therapies
• Performing re-examinations and adjusting care plans as needed
• Timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
• Management of medical team
