Professional Server (Part-Time) — Mancy’s Steakhouse, Toledo

For over a century, Mancy’s Steakhouse has set the standard for classic hospitality : hand-cut steaks, a serious wine list, and a team that treats guests the right way. We’re hiring  part-time professional servers . If you want a strong dining room, steady pace, and to be  off at a reasonable hour (we close at 9pm) , this is it.  Weekend evening availability is required.  We’re  closed Sundays —a big plus for restaurant folks who want that day for family.

What you’ll do

Deliver polished, efficient service with genuine warmth

Manage course timing, specials, and guest preferences

Work clean and tight with hosts, bartenders, and the line

What we’re looking for

Proven server experience (steakhouse / casual fine a plus)

Sharp communication, professional appearance, team-first

Calm under pressure; pride in standards

Schedule & pay

Part-time ;  weekend evenings are non-negotiable

A typical week can be  2 lunch shifts + 3–4 dinner shifts  (flexible around life / school)

Competitive hourly + strong tips (discussed in interview)

Timing

We  only hire a few people per year , most often  at the end of summertime . If this fits, move quickly.
