Job Purpose :
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. In alignment with CHA policies, state and federal regulations, and APTA guidelines, you will evaluate and treat patients in an inpatient acute care setting, including our same-day joint replacement program. Responsibilities include completing all necessary documentation, engaging in performance improvement projects, and assisting in the orientation of new staff and co-op students. Our focus is on delivering quality care, maintaining safety, ensuring cultural competency, and promoting performance improvement.
