Facility Specialist

Summary

The Facility Specialist is tasked to take care of the company's buildings, warehouses, and production centers. The Facility Specialist is tasked to monitor all facilities' status, inspect for problems, issues, and damages, and request repairs, troubleshoot promptly. It is also the job of this specialist to suggest and recommend upgrades to enhance company production further.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting, and alteration projects.
• Perform electrical lighting maintenance, including tube, bulb, and ballast replacement.
• Patch, repair, and paint drywall. Install interior artwork.
• Repair furniture and woodwork.
• Adjust, maintain, and repair exterior and interior doors.
• Maintain and repair locks.
• Inspect and test fire protection and generator systems.
• Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.
• Install and reconfigure modular workstations.

For this position, the expected base pay is :   $20.75 - $27.75 / Hourly . Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
