job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSet up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (lathes, mills, or routers) Read and interpret technical blueprints, work orders, and specifications Load raw materials and tools into machines Perform routine quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency Maintain clean and organized workspaces Follow all safety procedures and company protocols Document production and inspection results accurately Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow 1+ year of CNC machine operation experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills and good communication High school diploma or GED required Technical training or certification a plus Weekly Pay Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (when eligible) Temp-to-Hire Opportunities with reputable manufacturers Career Advancement Support and skills coaching
