Job Title : Project Management Specialist 3

Location : Everett, WA

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain integrated plans and schedules to meet project requirements, adhering to industry standards.
  • Conduct studies and risk assessments to evaluate impacts and constraints on product development and process improvements.
  • Create and update schedules, reports, and metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Enhance project management processes and implement best practices to support decision-making.
  • Oversee all phases of projects from start to finish, acting as the main contact for stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing performance recovery plans and ensure project control systems are in place.

Skills Required :

  • Proficiency in creating schedules, reports, and metrics, and updating plans regularly.
  • Experience in improving project management processes and business systems.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Teams, and OneNote.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to direct projects from inception through completion.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and impact analysis.

    • Education / Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
