Job Summary

We're looking for professional, observant, and guest-focused Security Guards to join our opening team. As a Security Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our guests and staff while maintaining the vibrant, upscale atmosphere. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, respectful, and confident in managing guest interactions with discretion and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Maintain a visible presence at all key entry and exit points
• Greet guests and provide a welcoming first impression while enforcing venue policies
• Monitor guest behavior and crowd flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
• Respond swiftly and tactfully to any disturbances, altercations, or safety concerns
• Perform ID checks and manage line flow to ensure legal entry compliance
• Assist with closing procedures and safely clearing the venue at the end of the night
• Communicate effectively with management, hosts, and service staff to address any potential issues
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct routine safety inspections
• Collaborate with emergency services when required, following all incident protocols
• Maintain detailed incident reports and logs as needed
