Job title : Business Level Bilingual Mandarin - Receptionist (6-Hour Shift) - 12-Month Contract
Location : New York, NY - Onsite
Pay ranges : $20.00 to $23.00 / hr (upon negotiation)
Job Type : 1-Year Contract (Possibility to extend to 24 Months)
Working Hours : Shift start at 9am or 10am (6-hour shift)
Requirements :
- Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin since this role requires frequent communication with the team in China.
- 2+ years Receptionist Experience
- At least HS diploma
Responsibilities :
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment including tidy up lobby, conference rooms and dining areas as needed.Greet employees and visitors.Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.Receive and distribute mail and packages and support outgoing mail and shipping packages.Support employee general requests on office admin ticketing system.Greet new hires for onboarding / and assist HR with offboarding as needed.Conduct inventory, order and replenish office supplies, office snacks / drinks as needed.Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.Assist with menu selection for office catered lunches and onsite cater coordination.Other office admin responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications
2+ years Receptionist ExperienceExcellent customer service skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)High School Diploma / Community College
