Project Manager

A highly respected Texas-based general contractor with deep roots in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Specializing in municipal, public, and community-focused projects, this company has built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and long-lasting client relationships for nearly 40 years. As a Project Manager, you'll lead complex civic and public sector projects, overseeing all phases from preconstruction through closeout. You'll work closely with owners, architects, and trade partners to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description

Manage all aspects of municipal and public sector construction projects. Lead preconstruction planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Coordinate and supervise project teams, including field staff and subcontractors. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction. Oversee project financials, change orders, and risk management. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on every jobsite.
