Mount Pleasant Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a driven, competitive, and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our rapidly growing team. As one of the newest Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealerships in the Charleston area, we’re building a high-performing sales culture defined by integrity, excellence, and results.

We’re looking for sales professionals who take ownership of their success—those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers find the right vehicle, and are motivated by clear goals and uncapped earning potential.

If you have CDJR experience , that’s a bonus. More importantly, we’re looking for confident communicators with a passion for delivering great service and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Guide customers through the full vehicle purchase process—from initial greeting to final delivery

Consistently follow up with leads and past customers using our CRM (Drivecentric) and digital tools

Maintain strong product knowledge across the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram lineup

Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless experience for every customer

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a competitive, performance-driven environment

Deliver a professional and positive experience that builds lasting customer relationships

Qualifications :

Previous automotive sales experience preferred (CDJR experience strongly valued)

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a customer-facing role

High level of energy, professionalism, and personal accountability

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, digital retail platforms, and inventory tools

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
