Client Service Coordinator Primary Responsibilities :
Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all partiesUtilises scheduling software and all functions to enhance productivityCommunicates at high level with colleaguesTeam player, able to work efficiently / effectively with othersConducts daily / weekly reportingConducts quality calls and quality visitsConfirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidaysVarifies payroll dailyEstablishes and build realtionships with contract providersDocument skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clientsFollow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling processEstablish a great rapport with caregivers and clientsIs on call as per on call calendar requirementsParticipates in new hire orientationCreates a great working environmentUses software at a high levelAssists with onboarding for all new caregiversTrains, coaches and mentors all caregiversAssists with new hire orientationCalls, tracks, gathers all authorizations needed to perform services for clientsIs able and willing to work independentlyIs a self starter with the ability to track goals and daily performanceOther duties as neededWorks under the direction of the VPClient Service Coordinator Requirements :
Experience – One year experience in a home care setting preferredEducation – Associates degree, or 5 years with a proven track record in a customer service settingSkills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skillsCharacteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.Requirements - Will be required to obtain CPR, First Aid, TB and Level 1 FCC within 60 days of being hired
