Position Information :

With outstanding customer service and professional presentation, the Valet Runner is responsible for providing valet parking service in a safe, expeditious manner.

Position Responsibilities :

• Maintain a positive attitude and smile when interacting with guests.
• Park guest’s vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.
• Keep vehicle and / or pedestrian traffic moving as needed to avoid backups.
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
• Resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints with integrity and poise, provide information on parking procedures and / or policies.
• Open doors and lift, carry, and / or remove items from vehicle as requested by guests.
• Actively look for ways to assist guests.
• Provide courtesy shuttle service as needed.
• Maintain accurate information about all events to properly respond to guest inquiries.
• Attend training classes as directed by supervisor.
• Keep the assigned area clean.
• Any other duties as assigned.
