ENTRY-LEVEL OPPORTUNITY – CAREER TRACK TO FINANCIAL ADVISOR

We’re seeking motivated, coachable individuals ready to launch a professional career — no prior experience in insurance or finance required. This is a structured opportunity to grow into a full-service financial advisor, starting with life insurance and expanding into financial planning and investment solutions.

This position requires occasional in-office presence. Candidates must be local to Dallas, TX.

Compensation :

50,000 – $90,000+ Performance-based

Responsibilities : What You’ll Do :

Learn how to identify and connect with individuals and families in your network
Have goal-based conversations to understand client needs
Help clients apply for customized life insurance coverage
Receive step-by-step training in prospecting, client engagement, and closing
Begin your journey toward becoming a registered advisor with our sponsorship
Build long-term client relationships with our team’s guidance and mentorship
