A Day in the Life

Working with some direction of senior staff, this position will provide program implementation, operational and maintenance support for our server environment. The goal of this position is to maintain a stable systems environment with minimal downtime and maximum performance.

Keys to Success

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Two or more years of experience in system administration, engineering and support of enterprise infrastructure environments (System Administrator, System Engineer, Support Engineer, DevOps, etc.).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience with administration and troubleshooting of enterprise Linux-based operating systems.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge or experience with Red Hat Satellite and Red Hat Ansible Tower is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge and experience with Active Directory.
• Good understanding of Data center infrastructure, Virtualization, Networks, Storage, Backup, OS (working experience with PowerShell or Python is considered an advantage).
• Able to understand business and technical requirements and develop a high-level design or plan, and then estimate the amount of effort and cost required to deliver.
• Proficiency in English.
• Phenomenal teammate, who has the ability to work with counterparts and customers across the world.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Diligent with extreme attention to details.
• Well organized and driven person.
