Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain keyponents of the systematic trading and research platform
  • Improve automation, scalability, and reliability across the entire research infrastructure
  • Build tools for simulation, signal blending, portfolio construction, dashboards, and research workflows
  • Design robust systems for data validation, ingestion, and storage
  • Ensure platform stability, monitoring, and operational excellence
  • Investigate and resolve system issues, manage release cycles and code deployment

Candidate Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher inputer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related STEM field
  • Strong Python development skills, including experience with core scientific libraries (numpy, pandas, polars, scikit-learn)
  • Solid understanding of Python internals and memory / performance optimization
  • Proficiency in Linux-based environments and modern development tools (CI / CD, testing frameworks, monitoring, version control)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical foundation; familiarity with linear algebra, statistics, and machine learning is a plus
  • Experience with C / C++ is a plus
  • Exposure to trading systems architecture or quantitative finance is advantageous
