The pay for this position starts at $20.06 / hour with additional compensation added for higher education and / or years of relevant experience up to $23.37 / hour.

This position is located in Fitchburg MA.

Schedule : Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm

$1000 Sign-on Bonus

Devereux - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological emotional and behavioral disorders including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Devereux CARES (Center for Autism Research and Education Services) School in Fitchburg MA is a small private special education school that supports students ages 8- 22 with Autism Spectrum Disorders developmental disabilities dual diagnoses and social skills deficits. Our primary goal is to teach functional and pro-social skills that can be easily generalized to the students community and home. There is a strong emphasis on functional communication and skill acquisition using Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support. At The CARES School students learn academic social daily living and independent living skills as well as community and vocational skill development.

As a Case Coordinator you will :

• Work closely with the Prinicpal and the Clinician to provide case management services as a liaison between center families agencies social workers lawyers and other involved parties.
• Will complete QI responsibilities for programs as well as gather clinical information and complete documentation as assigned.

Serve as a member of individual treatment teams program milieu team and QI team. Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
