Responsibilities :

• Achieve sales goals through new business and cross-selling to existing customers.
• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Assist customers in meeting their insurance needs.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.

Job Qualifications :

• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and efficiency.
• Proficient computer skills, especially in sales forms.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident, motivated, and high-energy individual.
• Prior insurance experience is required.
