Moritz Kia - Alliance is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Used Vehicle Recon Technician to join our team in Fort Worth TX. As a key member of our pre-owned vehicle preparation team you will play a vital role in ensuring our used vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and safety before reaching our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections repairs and reconditioning of used vehicles to ensure they meet Moritz Kias quality standards.
• Conduct mechanical cosmetic and safety repairs including minor bodywork detailing and fluid changes.
• Identify and communicate any additional necessary repairs or reconditioning requirements to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround times.
• Keep accurate records of reconditioning work and vehicle condition reports.
