The Strategic Initiatives (SI) team within the Strategic Solutions and Business Insights (SSBI) portfolio is broadly responsible for designing and executing on transformational initiatives for U.S. Bank Operations. Our aim is to deliver efficiencies, reduce expenses, mitigate risk, regulatory issues, and enhance the customer and employee experience. Our work ranges from identifying and solving highly strategic complex problems to leading large multi-year programs with stakeholders across the bank. As a member of the team, you will work in a highly collaborative fashion with a large cross-section of stakeholders, partners, and other colleagues. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
