Solutions Engineer

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support and scale their voice AI platform for enterprise customers in the Middle East region. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process Provide bespoke support and architect solutions for customers and prospective customers Create technical enablement resources and build self-service tools for customer implementation Required Qualifications Passion for AI, technology, and the company's products Strong technical background to assist customers in integrating solutions Experience working with customers in any capacity, including student clubs or side projects Proficiency in Python and understanding of software development and architecture Ability to identify patterns for standardization and scaling
