Job Description :

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide skilled occupational therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment training, and activities of daily living (ADL) training.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve therapeutic goals.

Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Educate patients and their families on techniques for maximizing independence and improving quality of life.

Education and Certification Requirements :

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Active California state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
