Job Title : Warehouse Coordinator Company Name : CABS Heating & Air Conditioning Salary : $21.00 - $25.00+ per hour, based on experience Job Overview CABS Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to manage our daily warehouse operations. This role is essential in supporting our HVAC service and installation teams by ensuring the right parts, tools, and equipment are available and organized. From managing inventory to coordinating deliveries, you'll play a vital role in keeping our projects on schedule and our customers satisfied. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : - Manage inventory of HVAC parts, tools, and equipment.- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to job sites and field technicians.- Track and reorder stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.- Perform periodic inventory counts and audits.- Label and store materials for easy access.- Assist in managing returns and warranty parts.- Work closely with vendors, technicians, and office staff to fulfill operational needs.- Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed).- Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols. The ideal candidate should possess : - High school diploma or equivalent required.- 1-2 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience preferred.- HVAC industry experience is a plus but not required.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, inventory software).- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record.- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.- Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
