Successful candidate will have leadership experience in a Home Health setting. Previous experience and / or knowledge of Home Infusion is strongly preferred. Supervises and oversees the planning, organizing, and directing of patient care services, ensuring consistent delivery of high-value quality care to all patient populations served. Establishes patient assignments, staff scheduling, and patient visit volume distributions, and assists in meeting financial targets by effectively managing utilization, productivity, personnel, and supplies. Supports and educates staff in resolving operational issues / problems. Assists in developing and implementing changes in policies, practices, and standardized procedures based upon input from staff and administration to remain congruent with current laws and regulatory standards while promoting optimal patient care. Collaborates with others to coordinate services, streamline and standardize work flows and procedures, and / or drive positive outcomes.

Job Description

EDUCATION : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or physical therapy or occupational therapy

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE :

• RN-Registered Nurse of California OR PT-Physical Therapist OR OT-Occupational Therapist
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
• Department-SCAH : DL-Valid Drivers License
• Department-SCAH : Auto Insurance

Pay Range is $81.23 to $129.97 / hour _The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
