Salary : $37,000 - $74,000 / Year

BUILD AN INSURANCE CAREER AND BECOME A LICENSED PRODUCER IN UP TO 8 WEEKS.

Licensed Bilingual Candidates : $17.30 / hour + Commission ranging from 5% To 14% (4 positions available)

Unlicensed Bilingual Candidates : $15.86 / hour (No positions currently available)

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls
• Prospect and generate sales leads
• Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs
• Achieve required goals
• Successfully develop all evaluated key indicators
• Complete special marketing projects within the agency
• Maintain a sense of urgency when interacting with customers
• Provide historical records by maintaining records on customer sales
• Maintain training and knowledge of all products.
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction and help them understand available tools to become more self-sufficient.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
