What are the responsibilities of the Director of Accounting :

  • Manage and train team (12 people)
  • Help implement processes and procedures to make department run more effectively
  • Assist with overseeing month-end close process
  • Ad-hoc projects

    • What the company needs in an Director of Accounting :

  • Bachelors in Accounting, CPA
  • Bring 3+ years of financial services or loan accounting experience, must have CECL experience
  • Possess a strong understanding of financial statements and business acumen
  • Demonstrate meticulous organizational skills and structured work orientation
