Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in both manual and automated testing. Demonstrated success in Agile environments with adaptability to changing priorities. Excellent communicator capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Effective collaborator across distributed teams and business stakeholders. Proactive in driving quality improvements and maintaining thorough documentation. Enthusiasm for continuous learning and integrating AI tools into QA practices. Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field. Minimum 5 7 years of QA experience with a blend of manual and automation testing. Proven track record in framework development UAT support and SaaS testing.

Description :
We are seeking a versatile QA Analyst & Automation Specialist with a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing to join our dynamic quality assurance team. This hybrid role combines hands-on automation expertise with business-facing analytical skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality SaaS and integrated applications. The ideal candidate will be proactive technically adept and collaborative across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and review business and technical requirements ensuring clarity completeness and testability.
- Design develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright (TypeScript) and Java- based frameworks for UI and API validation.
- Execute functionality integration regression and performance testing across SaaS platforms and backend systems.
- Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders including demos and walkthroughs.
- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks integrated with CI / CD pipelines for continuous testing and feedback.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman validate backend data using SQL and ensure compliance with OpenAPI / Swagger specifications.
- Create and execute performance testing using JMeter for both UI and APIs.
- Identify document and track defects collaborating closely with development and product teams for resolution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans test cases and test documentation.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to evolving QA processes and best practices.
- Evaluate and implement new automation and AI tools to enhance productivity and test coverage.
