Ali Medical Transport is one of the regional leaders in non-emergency medical transportation. We transport clients daily to dialysis, medical appointments, and group homes.
We seek a qualified and skilled Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator that'll be tasked with aiding in overseeing the logistics of our entire operations, which allow our company to be one of the largest non-emergency medical transportation provers in the central region of Virginia.
Responsibilities of the role include :
- Creating routes and dispatching drivers efficiently and maximizing multiloading
- Communicating with insurance providers, facilities, and clients to accept, reject, and acknowledge cancelled trips
- Acting as the main point of contact for drivers and clients
- Planning the next day's trips in advance by organizing a daily trip manifest
- Creating routes and dispatching drivers while maximizing efficiency and multiloading
- Assisting and delegating office responsibilities with the team
- Cross-trans and perform other duties as assigned
