The National Deal Advisory practice supports M&A activities for Private Equity clients and strategic corporations across the US and internationally. Ideal candidates have experience leading engagements and are comfortable with strategic discussions and deal analysis. Responsibilities include managing buy-side and sell-side accounting due diligence, developing client relationships, performing quality of earnings and working capital analyses, and supervising professionals. A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field, 8+ years in professional services, and advanced degrees or certifications are preferred, along with GAAP, data analysis, and critical thinking skills.
